About this Website

This website is being developed as a reference guide for small team "best" practices.   The concepts presented come mainly from Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, SAFe, and 20+ years of experience working with software teams.  These concepts are not only for software development. They can be applied to a wide range of contexts where small teams form the basis of achieving outcomes.  There are growing Agile movements in both business and education. With the world becoming more virtual every day, all teams can learn to improve from these methods.  Although my experience comes mainly from software development, I will do my best to be mindful of all types of teams in my writing.  For more info on how to extend these concepts beyond software development, please see the "Agile Beyond Software" section of the Reference page.
