Scaling Agile refers to the many methods used for bringing Agile to large organizations. Most Agile methods are created with small teams in mind (10 people or fewer). So when multiple teams need to work together, an Agile Scaling technique may be needed. More content will be added here later. Note: many people refer to the Spotify Model as a method of Scaling Agile. While Spotify did create a very good model for itself in the early 2010s, it was not intended as a model for others to follow. (See explanation here.) It is not maintained or supported by an organization like the above models are. It met Spotify's particular needs at the time it was created, and Spotify has evolved it since then. If you want to follow what Spotify did, create your own method of Scaling Agile. That's the actual Spotify model.
