There are three Scrum Artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Product Increment.
The Product Backlog is a prioritized list of all work needed for the product. It is a living document that will continue to exist as long as the product exists. Only the highest priority items need to have much definition.
The Sprint Backlog is the subset of the Product Backlog selected for the current Sprint, as well as the plan for achieving those items and the Sprint Goal.
The Increments are the parts of the product created during a Sprint. All of the Increments add up to the current version of the product being created.
